    I’m a huge fan of mindfulness. If you weren’t so busy, I’d send you information on a six-week class on Christian meditation. Some days, it has been all that’s keeping me going.

    I know that I am fortunate to live surrounded by nature and the sea minutes away. It wasn’t always this way and I am so grateful every day. I’ve had enough of the cities and my little Mediterranean village is paradise.
